I work full-time, but I do my best to be flexible with my schedule. I am usually available for visits early in the morning or in the evening. If you need a different time, of course we can talk about it and adjust to make it happen! :)

I would love to know as much as possible about your pet’s personality, routine, preferences, and any special needs ahead of time. For dogs, it is helpful to know about their energy level, walking habits, leash manners, triggers, fears, and any behaviors such as jumping, nipping, or pulling. For cats, as a cat parent myself, I clearly understand that their behavior and body language can be very subtle. Small details, such as where they like or dislike being petted, whether they enjoy brushing, their favorite toys, hiding spots, and signs of overstimulation, can be very helpful. The more I know about your pet, the better I can care for them in a way that makes them feel safe, comfortable, and loved.
A typical day
For dogs, I love providing fun activities based on their personality, energy level, and preferences. I can try different types of play and enrichment to see what they enjoy most. During walks, I will give them time to sniff, explore, and enjoy the neighborhood safely, since walks are also great mental stimulation. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with a variety of toys, such as wand toys, mice, feathers, and other chase toys. I love helping cats get excited, pounce, chase, and have fun in a way that matches their comfort level and play style. I will do my best to make our time together fun, safe, and enjoyable for each pet.

Cat care experience
Cats are a very big part of my life. I have three lovely cats of my own, and I have extensive experience caring for cats through my work as a veterinary assistant, professional pet sitter, shelter volunteer, and foster caregiver. I have fostered many cats and kittens, including a mama cat and her litter, orphaned kittens who needed extra care and socialization, and cats or kittens with health issues. I am comfortable monitoring each cat’s behavior, appetite, litter box habits, energy level, and overall well-being. I also have experience giving medication, including oral medicine, eye drops, and injections. Through my professional pet-sitting experience, I learned how important reliable care and clear communication are. I always do my best to provide thoughtful updates so pet parents can feel reassured while they are away.
