My name is Maren, I had various office jobs over the past 25 years, including working in travel, as PA and Administrator at a very prestigious drama school and Office Manager for an IT support company. When I was made redundant I decided this was the time to turn my passion for animals into a job and finally have a job I love again. I grew up with animals around me and have rescue cats myself. I have done a pet first aid course, so am able to assist in emergencies before taking a pet to the vet’s if necessary. I volunteer for Animals Asia, am a member of Born Free and also work as a supporting artiste in film and television. I am a passionate animal welfare campaigner and supporter of the Dog Rescue Federation, so your pet’s welfare is guaranteed to come first. My charges are higher than average as I will spend at least an hour with your cat(s). However, if your cat is very shy and would rather be left alone I will just do what needs to be done and make sure he/she has all they need until the next visit. In this case my charge would be £10 per visit. I also offer a pet taxi service to take your cat to the vet's or cattery
