I was worried about them with dogs as they’ve never been exposed but her experience and professionalism got them acclimated so well! She was thorough and sent tons of videos and pictures which clearly showed how comfortable they truly were. They were completely themselves as if they were at home! She was very flexible with our schedule which so happened to be all over the place which required several stay extensions and easily worked with and accommodated us. She is a shy cat and doesn't warm up to people quickly but she made herself right at home and it was so obvious that she had a great time. This is a completely loving, supportive environment for your fur baby where they will receive lots of time and attention and I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough for anyone else's caregiving needs. How much she genuinely cares for the animals who are fortunate to make her place their temporary home shines through in every single thing she does. I couldn't imagine ever wanting to leave my cat with anybody else after experiencing her amazing care!”
