She was exactly as communicative as I needed her to be (very), she shared proposed schedules with me for my peace of mind, she asked questions when she needed to and she handled a potentially scary situation (my jerk cat hiding for 6+ hours during bad weather) head-on with transparency and initiative. We worked together to ensure my out-of-sight cat was doing well - while my cat did not show herself directly to Ioana beyond the first day we were gone, Ioana was keenly observant of Nyx's environmental changes (e.g., noticed when particular toys moved or evidence of food consumption) and she was incredibly mindful of her own impact on Nyx's safe space. Ioana was flexible, adaptable, good-humored, and made me feel instantly comfortable.
