Shona is an amazing cat sitter! She has a lot of experience and patience, she understands cats behaviour and has all the patience in the world with them! She is also interested in knowing the cats and their personalities and can adapt to their needs. We also appreciate how punctual she is and how prompt she was in giving us updates! :)

Shona is a real animal lover and my cat Clara was very happy in her care, she even allowed belly rubs which is impressive after knowing Shona only a short time. She sent regular short videos and photos which was lovely. I would not hesitate to get Shona to mind my cat again, she is fab!

Shona was absolutely incredible, we've never had such a wonderful sitter and we felt so safe leaving our little fella with her. She came to meet us before we even booked and we knew right away we found the perfect sitter. She sent us lots of pictures and videos and left the place absolutely spotless. Shona looked after my two very demanding cats for 2 weeks, stopping by every 2nd day. She gave them lots of cuddles, food, cleaned litter and sent me frequent updates. I cannot recommend Shona's services enough - I found her truly reliable and communicative. I never doubted my kitties were in great hands!

Thrilled to have found Shona through Cat in a Flat. I entrusted her with my most precious item (Bruce!) for a 2.5 week trip where normally I would definitely worry about him while I was away - including that he isn't let out the front of the house (busy street) etc. From the moment I met Shona I knew he was in excellent hands. She's extremely conscientious in all her communications and I'm afraid my cat has totally fallen in love with her given all the special love and attention he received while I was away. I can't recommend Shona enough except that I don't want people booking her when I need in her in the future ;) Shona is very thorough, completely reliable, considerate, friendly, easy to work with & definitely a cat whisperer.

Shona is the true definition of a Cat Person.

She came in on a daily basis to mind our two cats, sent videos, pictures and provided updates on everything happening with the cats and our home. Shona is responsible, responsive e reliable, if this are the things you look for when choosing someone to mind your "fur babies" look no further.
