Tory took great care of our two indoor cats while we were away recently. While they can be shy with strangers, they both took to her straight away. She administered medication one of them needed, and provided us with just the right level of updates. We came home to two very relaxed and happy cats, we hope she's available next time we need a sitter, and we would highly recommend her to look after your cats!

Tory is a wonderful sitter. To say she went the extra mile for us is an understatement. She appreciates the needs of all cats, even the most sensitive. We loved the daily updates with photos and videos and she made sure that Uma had play time and companionship too. We knew we would be in safe hands with Tory and hope she will be free next time we plan to go away. Thanks Tory!!!

As before, Tory took such wonderful care of my two boys. She definitely understands cats and takes time and care with them to fit with their individual needs, making sure my more nervous cat overcame his initial shyness. I have been able to go away being very happy my boys are really well minded by Tory, with lots of updates/ photos/ checking in with me while I am away. This was the first time I have booked a cat sitter through Cat in a Flat and was fretting how my two lovely boys would react, but Tory was really great, very patient with them, kept in touch with me in a way that reassured me, I knew immediately she understood cats very well, and was working around them. After the first couple of visits, young Basil got over his initial nerves and was back to his normal self. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away, and both boys were absolutely fine and happy. I will be very happy to book Tory again (and just about to do so if she free!) for future minding - thanks very much Tory from me Basil and Bruce.

I only have good things to say about Tory who visited my cat Lila x2 daily over a long weekend recently. She was fantastic! Very understanding and communicative from the outset, and whilst I was away, sent regular and very reassuring pics to let me know all was well with Lila at home. Would highly recommend :-)

Tory looked after our two cats while we were away in Sept 2019. Lovely person, excellent communication. Kept us updated with pictures and updates which was very reassuring. Our two were well looked after, and very contented when we arrived home. Will definitely book Tory for our next trip away.
