Purrrrfect friend for your cat in Dublin

Zill watched our cat for 1 week while we were on Christmas vacation. I booked a period from 20 December to 31 December( 5 visits and 1 overnight). I asked Zill to visit my cat one day yes and 1 day no to make sure my cat would have a company during all periods, through the website chat Zill was very communicative and seems to understand all instructions. We agreed on an appointment to collect the key on Wednesday in order to learn house instructions. At the last minute, she sends a message asking for apologies and changing the appointment for personal reasons. She came to collect the key only by Friday, the day of my flight what makes me a little anxious. During key collect, she said she was able to stay only until 29 of December because she had a trip or something. we had to prepare extra pots to feed cat - my flight would arrive only 1 January. During all book periods, she follows the instructions, feeds the cat and we received multiple updates on how they were doing while we were gone. On the last day she left a paper bag with personal clothes and items at my flat. It was hard to contact her to collect her things. Despite this inconvenient, She was trustworthy with the responsibility of the animal.
