Jenn, as always was brilliant with Freckles! Lots of updates and photos while we were away! 😻

If we could rate her 10 out of 5, we would. The best type of sitter, one you knew was looking after your fur kids with as much love and kindness as you would yourself. We got photos and updates daily, reassuring us they were happy and cared for, and her warm, friendly personality shone through. We felt safe leaving our cats in her care, and will definitely book again.

It’s my second booking with Jennifer. She makes the handover process easy and is always sensitive and understanding of my worries. Jennifer is reliable and what matters most, my cats are at ease with her and didn’t seem fazed too much by my absence. Purrfect.

I was delighted to meet Jennifer who showed an understanding of the job at hand. Jennifer was willing to follow instructions, was open to requests and worked with me to keep the cats on as normal a schedule as possible. I received brief videos which assured me that my companions were well looked after. On my return my house mates were relaxed and in good spirits. Jennifer proved to be reliable and capable. I will definitely entrust my companions to her care again in the future.

Jennifer and Graham were absolutely brilliant. They had a big job in looking after our 5 indoor and 2 outdoor rescue cats twice daily but they took it all in their stride, sending us daily updates to put our minds at ease. They also took care to bond with the cats, keeping them happy and in good form, which is so important to know when you are away. On one occasion they went to a great deal of trouble to rescue an unfortunate young blackbird which had been caught and trapped in an upstairs room. When we returned it was obvious the cats had been very well looked after and were not distressed by our absence, even though they are normally used to our company most of the time. We have no hesitation in recommending them. They are reliable, conscientious and trustworthy and we hope we will be able to avail of their services again.

My cats love Jen, they were totally happy and relaxed when I got home and didn't seem at all bothered I'd been away, just what I wanted!
