Carmel is a delight. It was obvious from the moment I came home that my girl Lollipop had really enjoyed her date with Carmel. She was her happy, cuddly self which was lovely and not a bit of the blues which she sometimes feels when I have an office day. Carmel was super accommodating and friendly when making the booking too.

Carmel is simply wonderful! We came home to two very happy cats, and knowing they were being looked after so well while away was very reassuring. Carmel is so reliable, punctual, a great communicator and kind. I couldn't recommend her more :-)

This was our first experience with Carmel and it was a great one. Carmel looked after my cats very well and I came back home with happy well fed cats. She also cleaned up after one of my cats and left the house clean as well. We will be booking her services again for sure.

This was our 3rd time having Carmel take care of our two cats, and she once again did a wonderful job. The cats were healthy, happy, and Carmel's communication was excellent; we especially loved getting the videos she sent over of the cats: just a bit of cuteness to cheer us up twice per day :)

This is the second time Carmel has taken care of our kitties and she once again did a wonderful job. We got videos of our kittens twice per day, which were always fun to watch, and it was comforting to see that our cats were safe and well taken care of. Carmel totally put me at ease from our first meeting. She clearly knows cats very well and got on brilliantly with mine. He was very well looked after while I was away and Carmel sent daily messages, photos and videos to let me know how it was all going. This totally put me at ease and I couldn't recommend Carmel more.

Carmel was absolutely an amazing catsitter. Very professional and reliable, and also very much used to cats and their ways. I would highly recommend Carmel. She has a genuine interest in animals and very attentive and caring to Hermie (my cat). Carmel also was very good at keeping in touch when I was away, sending a photo each time and checking to make sure she was doing things properly. Hermie was a happy cat when I returned.
