About Me

Experienced and loving cat parent

My name is Reyes, I live in Dublin 7 with my partner, our rescued cats, our foster cats and 2 rabbits:) I started volunteering with animal rescues in Dublin back in 2011, which is also when I got my first cat, Maruxa, who is still with us at 13 (maybe 20?) years old.

I know how daunting it is to have to leave your cats while you travel, work or look after relatives and how important it is to be able to trust your petsitter, so I promise to send loads of photos and videos and to keep you up to date.

Some of our cats have a number of illnesses, which have made me familiar with administering medication, if need be.

Finally, not all cats have the same requirements, so I will work with you and your little one and make sure they get what they need.

    I cannot say enough good things about Reyes. First, she's just an absolutely lovely person. Second, I would highly recommend her for cat sitting needs. She is super responsive, proactive, and while I was away she kept me updated with pictures and videos. I had not used a cat sitter before and she made me feel comfortable and the boys were happy :)

    First time using CIAF, and nervous about leaving my Issa for 10 days. Reyes' calm energy and professionalism instantly reassured me. She took time to discuss her experience and approach, and Issa warmed up quickly, she stopped her usual hiding after a couple of days. Reyes is incredibly competent & communicative and I'll be booking with her again!

    This is our second time to have Reyes looked after our 2 cats (including 1 diabetic) for 4 nights. The care she provided was exceptional, honestly above and beyond! The cats seemed very happy and relaxed around her & she sent regular updates so we had no concerns while we were away. Thanks Reyes!

    Reyes was absolutely fantastic with our cat. She kept us updated regularly, was incredibly clean and responsible, and showed A LOT of patience. She provided us with a real sense of security while we were away, she is completely trustworthy, highly knowledgeable about cats, and also a lovely person to be around! We can't recommend her enough!

    Reyes is a very warm and reliable cat-sitter. Her communication was excellent & meant we never worried about the cats when we were away. She has experience with giving insulin shots, so we trusted her to look after (diabetic) Tinker. Both Tinker and Dunya were relaxed and happy when we got back. Many thanks Reyes!
