Hi there,

My name is Clíona and I’m a cat-loving MSc student/ primary school teacher from Cork. Growing up, I had a lovely moggy who lived until the fantastic age of 15. He was spoiled with cuddles, treats, and the highest form of service from his servants (us!). In recent years, I’ve rescued two lovely ladies, Sootie and Tiger.

I believe that cats thrive on feeling comfortable, safe, and in control of their environment. Each kitty has their own individual personality and I’m flexible in tailoring my care to their needs. Cats need their own personal space, and I’m patient in befriending and building trust with them. I’ve a strong understanding of feline body language and communication which I’ve built further upon through my experience as a cat sitter.

I have over 25 years experience of cat care. I’m willing to feed, groom, play and change the litter tray for your kitty daily. I also have experience caring for sick and injured cats so I’m willing to administer medication, check wounds, and reapply bandages. I’m a conscientious and reliable person who follows instructions with ease. I’m looking forward to meeting your lovely cat(s) and sharing lots of love with them.

I’m happy to do small jobs around the house during my visits (watering plants, cleaning, etc). I’d be delighted to send regular updates and photos of your cat(s) to you.
