Patient and Loving Cat Nanny

Had a really terrible experience where my cat fell sick while we were away and we were not informed about the seriousness of the situation until it escalated to a point where my cat couldn’t move. We had to cut short our trip and rush our cat to the hospital. She’s still on antibiotics and painkillers. It’s hard to watch her in this condition. --------------------------------------RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER-------------------------------------- Hi Vrunda. I'm sorry that Kyuubi got sick and especially when you were not home. We agreed Kyuubi fell ill before I came to the first visit - the sickness was beyond our control. During the whole stay you were watching through the surveillance cameras, saw as much of Kyuubi as me. The third day we all realized it's best for you to come back. I did not hide from you she's feeling unwell, from your review it might sound like I did, but this came to light only when you came home and took her to the vet. I wish Kyuubi a smooth and speedy recovery.

Roxana is fantastic! She was so kind to both my aged cat Tommy and to me. Tommy had been quite sick & I was worried so Roxana very kindly stayed and worked from my house for a few hours each day so he’d have company. She sent photos & videos to me so I could see how he was. Really competent sitter. I felt really comfortable having her in my home x
