*For safety and welfare reasons, I do not provide grooming services such as claw clipping, bathing, shaving, or fur cutting.

To ensure clear expectations and the highest standard of care, all bookings are subject to:

-A mandatory cat-sitting contract, and

-An owner questionnaire covering care routines, veterinary details, emergency contacts, and access instructions.

These are required for all bookings and are provided promptly once I respond to a request.

Communication Policy:

I value clear and timely communication.

If you submit a booking request and I respond, a reply is required within 24 hours.

If no response is received within that timeframe, the booking request will be declined and my availability released.

This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures committed, reliable bookings for everyone.
