Iwona took great care of my cat. She made sure that he eats properly and when he did not want the food i prepared for him she brough her own to try and feed him. She had no problem to buy more of it when I askd her to. She was sending pictures and information about Leo everyday and kept everything nice and clean.

Iwona took very good care of our cats and our house during our absence.

This was the first time I leave my furr baby with someone. While I was away Iwona minded and took care of my furr baby. She also sent updates (videos and pictures) which was awesome! Thank you for for doing such a great job!

Excellent sitter

Iwona is very helpful cat sitting for us. The house was super clean when we arrived and cats looked after during our long weekend away.

I am truly heartbroken and disappointed while writing this review. I had experience with Iwona in the past and thought it would be ok if she catsit my cat again. This time I couldn’t believe my eyes when I got home. Firstly the smoke of cigarretes in my entire apartment which caused my cat having an astmathic attack and coughing through the night after being ok for last 9 months. Secondly the very specific food (expensive one) she was instructed to give him was gone and instead she gave him the can food knowing that my cat is on very strict diet due to sensitivity of the stomach. Iwona used all the facilities in the apartment including having baths and using my personal stuff like a personal body scrubber which I had to bin after seeing that it was used. Lights were not switched off in bathrooms, dry food was totally full (although I have an automatic feeder so my cat would get a small amount of food 4 times per day) water was not checked before she left so the mug in the room had almost no water. I am very sad and truly disappointed that Iwona would do such things. I treated her as somebody I trusted. I provided Iwona with food and made sure she is comfortable in my place. However after this experience I feel I was fooled and back stabbed. I paid for the service to make sure that my cat is well and safe with no risk to health harm and came home to a very distressed environment with my cat coughing, the personal stuff being used... ---------RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER--------- I smoked on balcony as on my previous sittings and never ever i smoked inside of the apartment. Second when I arrive to Lucia she told me that i have to feed Cian with cooked chicken but on Second day chicken got sticky and smelly i message her about it and she even told me she knew that going happen i have prove on WhatsApp. Also apartment was messy, dirt everywhere. As normal human being i not going stay in place like that so i cleaned the whole apartment and moved some stuff in toilet exactly in bath area never used her personal scrub or anything else. I agree that was moved probably that why she was thinking i used her scrub. Last thing is about Cian asthma attack when i was there he was in perfect condition happy playful without any cough. Is just my opinion but her partner smokes, that probably give Cian asthma attack if he even had one because she didn't went to vet or even contact the same day or next day but 3 days after. Also next day when she come back she txt me thank you and she didn't complain. I truly don't understand why she did what she did is very sad because im hurt that someone saying i didn't do my job properly. I love animals and never ever will harm or do anything harmful.

This was my first time using Cat in a flat and it was a really positive experience thanks to Iwona. She made the effort to meet me (and the cat) before I actually went away, which I really appreciated. She looked after our cat Boniek for several days and she was excellent with him and communicating with us: she sent us news and photos of Boniek every day and it was clear he took a liking to her straight away! He was very relaxed and happy when I returned home. I highly recommend Iwona. Thanks so much again! We will 100% use your services again.

I was very happy to have  great communication  everyday the days I was out, she always told me when she was on her way to my house and sent me  everyday updates, photos and messages to know how my babies were in my absence.

She even hoovered the kitchen floor from the cats mess/ litter and left the place clean before I came home!! Thank you Iwona!

Iwona was great with our cat, Bron, and played with her on each visit, sent us photos and videos whenever we needed and was very communicative, letting us know what time she would be at the house so we could expect her videocall. She even hoovered the apartment when our Christmas tree started dropping needles!

This was our third booking with Iwona, and the longest trip we've taken since the start of the Covid pandemic. Iwona was perfect, very professional and punctual. Sending us updates, photos and videos every day. She is also very patient and caring. One of our cats often changes its fur texture because of stress when we are away. This was the first time he was calm and his fur was normal. We find our cats very relaxed, happy and calm. I highly recommend Iwona services.

Iwona was amazing with our cats! When she met the cats she immediately knew how to make friends with them. Iwona sent us updates every day to let us know how the cats were doing, going the extra mile for us. Our cats have specific feeding needs and Iwona was great giving them their measured portions each day. The house was completely spotless when we arrived! When you leave your furbabies in Iwona's care you'll know they will be well cared for.

This is our second time with Iwona, and as always she was kind, very experienced and took very good care of my 2 furry babies, playing with them, feeding and cleaning their box. I recommend her services and we will definitely book her again.

Again, 5 stars! One of my cats is kind of complicated and with restrictions and she can handle very well! She is our cat sitter and cats loves her! I strongly recommend.

Iwona was looking after Cian again after a year and half later. Cian seemed to remember her and made himself comfortable with Iwona from a day one. Iwona has assured me that Cian is doing great every day by sending me texts and pictures for entire week. I would reccomend Iwona if you want to come home to a spoilt furry baby. She not only looked after my cat with all her love, but she also made my place spotless upon my arrival.

Absolutely amazing catsitter! Iwona was very responsive from start to end and took great care of our cats while we were away. One of our cats is diabetic and required injection and all special attention with his meals and Iwona took care of everything pretty well ! We loved receiving the daily updates from both cats, pictures and good news that everything was fine which definitely helped to put us at ease enjoying. Iwona was awesome and very professional. She looked after of my 2 furry baby's and kept me updated everyday with pictures, videos and if they were eating well. She was there punctual every day and I felt so calm to see that they liked her. I highly recommend Iwona, especially when I came back and could found that my cat were calm and happy.
