Smudgie and Misneach were well taken care of by Mary as always! So happy to see that even Smudgie who is nervous around people was very relaxed.

Mary once again looked after the furballs whilst we were away, and as always they were well cared for! Always goes the extra mile (thanks for the tips on cleaning water fountain pump!), and dealt with some unsavoury litter tray missed as well. At this stage Boo and Merv know Mary as practically family - it's wonderful leaving them in her company 😺

We've called on Mary for several years now and it is always a pleasure to have her look after our cat Zoe. It is a huge relief that Mary truly loves to spend time beyond simply feeding. She will also talk or just spend time and go out of her way to keep us informed and check in regularly. We cannot recommend her enough.

If I could give Mary 100 stars out of 5 I would. My cats are my family and she definitely cared for them as if they were her own. Mary went above and beyond by providing video updates twice a day during our recent holiday. She closed and opened the curtains to give a feeling of routine. When she couldn't find our cat treats, she brought her own. From our cats behaviour throughout, even when Mary first came to pick up the key, it was clear that she felt safe and loved.

Mary was fantastic at taking care of our kitten Moby. She was extremely accommodating, caring and affectionate to both his and our needs. She even came out a few days before hand to meet him so he was comfortable on the day he was taken care of. We we're a little worried he might be scared of strangers but he took to her almost immediately!

It was my first time using the service to look after my cat while away for a week. I have to say that I was worried about leaving the cat with a 'person found online' - but I am so glad that it happened to be Mary... I cannot stress enough how incredible Mary is with cats - my shy and very nervous Rewolucja was won over in no time! Mary was very patient, caring, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that the cat is properly looked after and comfortable with her. Each evening, I received photos and videos with daily updates that gave me peace of mind. I know that Mary will be my go to!

She looked after Tokyo spectacularly and went above and beyond in making sure our fur-baby was well cared for. Every day Mary sent us a full update on the state of things, whether Toyko was eating and drinking, how she'd behaved and any concerns she had. She stayed for long visits to make sure that Tokyo was getting the attention she always craves, and it was clear to see that Tokyo was very comfortable with her.

Mary really went beyond the call for a cat sitter, checking on the house in general and making sure that everything was in order. She sent us videos and pictures every night so that we could see Tokyo was alright.

Mary was amazing to say the least. This was the first time we had a sitter from Cat in a Flat for our two cats and we felt super comfortable with Mary. Mary K is the Mary Poppins of cats! She took incredible care of our pet. Not just dropping in to feed her, but playing, snuggling and grooming her. Spent time and did a perfect job. Great communication and photos while we were away. I highly recommend Mary.

Mary is clearly a real cat-person and was patient and understanding with Iggy who had decided he wasn’t a fan of the cat-sitting arrangement. Came home to very clean litter tray and feeding stations (just as my two like), and I know that Pop got plenty of cuddles.

I've used Mary K three times and she has been incredible. I couldn't ask for a better person to look after my cats. You can tell that she truly loves cats and she treats mine as if they were her own.
