Purrfect sitter

Hi, my name is Abi. I have just completed my final year of veterinary nursing studies in tus and have moved back home for the summer. I'm looking for something to keep myself me going during the day and what better way to spend it other than spending time with my favourite creatures. I have worked in veterinary practices around the area for the past few summers and am looking for something new to try. I've always loved animals from a really young age. I currently have two dogs Ozzy and Minnie. Ozzy is an enthusiastic, energetic collie springer cross who love to play ball and Minnie is a small terrier bichon cross who loves cuddles. I also have an indoor cat called Ruby. Since being in college nearly full time I missed seeing cat on college and miss the kittens I work with while on placement. My favourite part of placements and working in a vets is getting to hand rear and socialise all the little kittens and stray cats that come in.

I am an excellent cuddler and love all cats - even the spicy ones. My days on placement consisted of me begging to bring home every cat I treated and became familiar with. Rearing kittens and getting to see them go off with new owners was the most rewarding experience. As I am an almost qualified veterinary nurse I’m confident that I have a lot of knowledge on how to take care of cats
