Cat lover and lovely caregiver

I am a loving and caring person. In fact, I am a psicologist and enjoy accompaning people. That extends to animals, I love being with them, and absolutely love cats. All started when me and my partner adopted a kitty during the pandemic, Helga was a game changer. During the years I learned a lot about cats, how to better take care of them, and how to support their development. I moved to Ireland last year, unfortunately Helga had to stay back at home (being well take of by my sister), so caring for other kitties is the way I found to feel a little better about her absence.

As well as people, every cat has their own personality, and they relate with people in different ways. When I meet a cat for the first time I give them space to decide how they want to approach to me. It is important that they feel comfortable and safe. I always talk with them, and try to get closer, if they allow me, I like to pet them and play with them. If not, it's ok. I'll make them company, give them food and water, and clean their space. If I visit them many times, they usually start to know me and feel more confident around me.
