Marie Helene has a great understanding of cats and the cat sitting job. She made the process easy, was reassuring and obliging and send daily videos. She made great effort with her new clients, talked naturally to them and ensured they wouldn’t miss me too much. She also made sure their home remained hygienic. This was our first Xmas with our 2nd cat and our 2nd time to have Mariehélène looking after her and our other cat, and it was perfect. She called twice a day while we were away and sent lots of photos & updates of how the cats were getting on. Marie helene was just excellent. Our cat doesn't really like people (besides us) but Marie helene put in a lot of time to earn our cat's trust and managed to befriend her, something noone else has ever done! She was very communicative and went above and beyond in every way to ensure our cat was well looked after while we were away. A cat whisperer!
